Tips • hold down the option key when you click on a piece to hide all the other loose pieces thus allowing you to see only the pieces that have already been correctly placed • hold down the shift key when you click on a piece to invert the outline preference when you are playing a game with no offscreen buffer. See the Setting Preferences section for more information on this. • hold down the command key and click in the menu bar area to display the menu bar if it is hidden. • hold down the control key to make clicking on rotated pieces always move them (instead of rotating them). • try to complete the borders first: they are usually the easiest to complete and will then serve as a guide for the inner pieces. • try and place pieces that belong next to each other together. If they are close enough in space (and rotation), they will join up. Note that the unregistered version of Jigsaw limits you to 20 joins per game. See the Registration Information section for details on how to register your copy. • enable the Scale Picture preference to ensure that the Full Screen preference will always work (games with scroll bars cannot use the full screen). • use the tool bar's Reveal, Edges and Big buttons to help you quickly and easily change game settings. • use the Goal Window to help you place pieces. • be sure to register Jigsaw to enable all the features of Jigsaw! :-)
